You Choose the Match

You are in control. You will review profiles of intended parents, meet them via video call, and have the final say on the family you choose to help.  We focus on matching you with IPs who share your beliefs, values and communication style.

Full Medical & Legal Protection

You pay for nothing. We provide you with your own independent attorney and a comprehensive insurance plan, all paid for by the intended parents. This ensures your health and financial security are protected, 100%.

A Generous & Secure Compensation Package

We believe in honoring the incredible commitment you are making, and that starts with a fair and transparent compensation package. The benefit amounts listed on our site are simply a starting point based on industry averages—they are not fixed offers. 

Your unique experience and personal needs are what matter most to us, and we want to assure you that every part of this package is negotiable. We will work with you to build a comprehensive compensation plan that you feel is right for you. 


All final amounts and benefits will be mutually agreed upon and finalized in your Gestational Carrier Agreement (GCA), which you will review in detail with your own independent attorney.

Gestational Carrier Base Compensation

This is the foundational fee that recognizes your invaluable time, commitment, and the amazing role you play. This compensation is paid to you in monthly installments once a fetal heartbeat is confirmed.

First Time Gestaional Carrier:

$45,000-$55,000

Experienced Gestational Carrier:

$55,000-$75,000

If Applicable Additional Compensation

Multiple Pregnancy (Twins):

$5,000 - $10,000

Caesarean Section (C-Section):

$2,500 - $5,000

Pregnancy and Wellness Allowances

These allowances are provided to ensure you are comfortable, supported, and can focus on your health and well-being throughout your pregnancy and post-partum.

Monthly Incidental Allowance:

$200 - $350 per month 

(To use on incidentals like vitamins, phone calls, local travel, or anything else you need)

Maternity Clothing Allowance:

$750 - $1,000 

(A one-time payment to help you purchase comfortable maternity wear)

Breast Milk Pumping (if you choose):

$200 - $350 per week 

(As additional compensation for your time and effort, if you choose to pump breast milk for the baby)

Milestone and Procedural Bonuses

You will receive additional, non-taxable payments to recognize the specific milestones of your journey.

Medical Screening Bonus:

$1,000

Start of Medication Bonus (Injectable Med Cycle):

$1,500

Embryo Transfer Bonus:

$1,000 (per transfer)

Cancelled Cycle Fee:

 $500-$750 

(Paid if a cycle is canceled through no fault of your own after you have started medications)

Invasive Procedure Fee:

 $500-$1000 

(Paid in the rare event a procedure like amniocentesis or cerclage is needed)

Your Journey Expenses, 100% Covered

This is our core promise to you: this journey will never be a financial burden. Your Intended Parents will cover 100% of all journey-related expenses, which are entirely separate from your compensation. You will never have to pay for:

All Medical Expenses(including all co-pays, deductibles, and premiums)

Your Own Independent Attorney (to review your GCA)

Health and Life Insurance Policies

Lost Wages(for appointments, bed rest, and recovery)

All Travel Expenses (for you and a travel companion for screening and transfer)

Childcare(for when you travel or are on bed rest)

Gestational Carrier Basic Requirements

To protect your health and ensure a safe, successful journey, our surrogates must meet the following core requirements.

The relationship with the intended parents is unique to every match. We facilitate conversations to ensure that your communication preferences—whether you prefer a close relationship or more professional contact—are respected.

What if I have an emergency or a question after business hours?

We provide 24/7 support throughout the entire journey. You will have direct contact information for me and a support network to help you with any questions or emergencies that may arise.

How does being a surrogate affect my personal life and my own children?

We conduct a thorough psychological screening to ensure you have a strong support system in place. We also encourage open communication with your own family, especially your children, so they understand your decision to help another family.

What if the first embryo transfer doesn't work?

Our agency provides emotional support and guidance if a transfer is unsuccessful. Your medical team will work with you to plan for the next steps, and we will be there to help you navigate the process.
